Elizabeth A. Tresp, JD, LL.M., is an attorney, business owner, investor, and philanthropist. She founded Tresp Law, APC in 2013 and acquired Day & Associates, Inc. in 2019, expanding across California, Nevada, and soon in Montana, Wyoming, and Arizona. Leading practices in estate planning and business succession from offices in Solana Beach, San Diego, and Kemmerer, Elizabeth is also active in non-profits, angel investments, and diverse national ventures in real estate and business.
